台南市區國華街美食比鄰，一條街上每三步就有一間美味小吃，而幾乎每間都是知名老店！今天要跟大家介紹的《邱家小卷米粉》也已經開業 50 年了，傳承著上一代的堅持，用每日最簡單的鮮甜小卷熬成的湯頭和 Q 彈好入口的彈性米粉，簡單甘甜的味道讓人回味無窮呢！
這間《邱家小卷米粉》經歷了物價飛漲的年代，從一碗 ＄40 慢慢飆漲到現在一碗 ＄70 。

↓就位在市場門口，門口絡繹不絕的人就為了這鮮味兒！
↓後方的作業區也正在清洗小卷，為了就是讓客人都能夠嘗到最新鮮的小卷與充滿鮮甜味道的湯頭！
↓偌大的鐵鍋覆蓋滿滿地小卷和米粉，非常誘人，老闆為每一位客人舀上眾人期待的小卷米粉的神情非常專注。
↓ 小卷新鮮甘甜的味道非常美好，讓人口齒中都殘留著鮮甜的美好滋味！讓人忍不住舀了口湯品嚐，延續著小卷的鮮甜，但因為熬煮一鍋又一鍋的小卷留下的湯汁精華更顯美味。而米粉在燉煮的過程中，也吸取著這樣的精華美味，所以 Q脆口感之餘還可以吸允到一點小卷的湯汁喔！
↓一旁還有微辣的海山醬，醬汁味道有點甜甜的（很標準的台南味道）不過朋友和我們都更喜歡直接品嚐鮮甜的小卷原味！因為原味就很好吃了呢！
雖然台南很多小吃都是老店，不過能夠擺攤超過半百的老店果然不簡單呢！來到台南這個靠近漁港的城市，除了土托魚可以品嚐，別忘了還有鮮美的《邱家小卷米粉》在等候著您品嚐呢！
