曾經在台南生活 10 年的流氓湯，自從前幾天在林口街頭看到賣土魠魚羹的店，就懷念起土魠魚羹的美味，然後就一直唸著「好久沒吃了」、「好想吃啊」等語不停在我附近環繞（笑）。所以這次前往台南旅遊的第一站就是前往流氓湯朝思暮想的《張家土魠魚羹》，雖然台南賣土魠魚羹的很多，但是流氓湯非常自信地告訴我「這間可是他心目中的第一名」，也讓一直不敢吃「土魠魚」的我，吃了之後也一口接著一口呢！好吃當然就值得推薦啦，一起進來看看吧！

《張家土魠魚羹》第一代開業至今也已經 30 多年了，店招牌也顯現出歲月的痕跡呢。
《張家土魠魚羹》店內的土魠魚羹不斷下鍋油炸然後起鍋，頓時店內充滿著「土魠魚羹」的香味，呵呵，那味道真是讓人口水直流呢。
「土魠魚」為西太平洋和大陸彭沿岸的深海魚種，肉質鮮甜扎實好吃，深受台灣人喜歡，加上台南市鄰近海口和盛產海鮮，「土魠魚」自然成為台南名產啦。而「土魠魚羹」與台北的「羹」不太一樣，台北的「羹」指得是太白粉混合魚粉所製，而「土魠魚羹」指得是「羹湯」= 「勾芡的湯」，然後再搭配炸過的土魠魚，炸過之後更是香甜，入口後魚肉鮮甜的芬芳直撲鼻腔，搭配恰到好處的「外皮」，就像是天生一對一樣搭配得天衣無縫。
因為流氓顆從來沒吃過像《張家土魠魚羹》這樣的「土魠魚羹麵」覺得既好吃又特別！而後來還外帶「炸土魠魚」也是非常好吃，覺得台南人超幸福竟然有這樣好吃的名產。
流氓湯推薦的《張家土魠魚羹》讓原本對「土魠魚」抱持著懷疑的態度的我大改觀，雖然我也只吃過一間，但是現炸的土魠魚味道實在非常好，算算只賣 $50 實在很划算！如果來到台南，也歡迎來這間嚐嚐看「外皮酥脆，肉質鮮甜」的好吃土魠魚羹喔！
