桃園紅麵線推薦《阿燁紅麵線》市場攤販起家，超過 10 多年在地人的最愛

台灣麵線小吃攤也不少，不過大多是黃麵線，而流氓顆愛的「紅麵線」相對來說比較少見（笑），兩者口感其實有些許不同，黃麵線口感較軟，紅麵線較脆。某天剛好看到來到桃園八德附近，想說找找看附近有沒有紅麵線，意外地就讓我們夫妻倆找到了這間曾被美食節目報導過的《阿燁紅麵線》從市場內起家，從一個小小的攤車變成現在擁有 3 間店面呢，也聽很多在地人說這味道可是從小吃到大，已經開業 10 多年但味道一直都這麼好吃喔～

阿燁紅麵線 八德店是創始店，其他則是分店，分別在中壢和桃園市都有。

店面樸實，看起來像是一般的住家，沒有醒目的招牌，但只要是在地人都知道這間。

店內販賣的項目很簡單，紅麵線和肉圓。喜歡「腸子」的可以加點，一份裡面有大、小腸。

假日下午時段店面外的市場空空蕩蕩的，沒想到店內卻這麼熱鬧啊（笑）

滿滿的都是在地的家庭，不少情侶和家人帶著小朋友一同前往。

QQ 肉圓 $35

經過熱油加溫的肉圓，外皮非常 Q 彈可口，淋上蒜汁、特調醬汁和香菜末，再搭配瘦而不乾的肉一同入口，味道非常棒！

說真的流氓顆並不是特別愛吃肉圓的人，都覺得超～級好吃呦！

紅麵線 大 $55

一份的份量非常多，上面還有脆而不油的油條，搭在一起味道出乎意料的搭配，哈。

麵線的大腸和小腸各一份，腸子好吃的重點在於滷得料和時間，更重要的是要清得乾淨，才不會有怪味道夾雜其中，這些都是非常費時的手工功夫呢。

印象特別深刻的是「腸子」，味道真的很特別，帶點中藥味道，最棒的是吃起來很刷嘴爽口呢！相較之下麵線反而是個配角，哈，但麵線也是好吃，擁有紅麵線獨特的清脆口感，吃起來也是非常美味的。

對於八德人來說《阿燁紅麵線》是從小吃到大的美味小攤，也沒想到這樣的小攤也可以延展出 3 間分店，其實人就是好好做大家也都會感受得到呢（結論怎麼是這個？）總言之，是間會想要一吃再吃的麵線好店，而且桃鶯店離我們也很近，下次想要去試試看呢。
