台北民生社區一直以來都有種世外桃源的感覺，大街上的車水馬龍和巷內的靜謐及樹林密佈對比之下相當強烈。因為主要以住宅區為主，所以雖然位在市中心卻可以享受如此慢步調的感受，也因此也不少知名的咖啡廳落腳於此。不曉得你們會不會和流氓顆一樣，會特別注意某幾個臉書友推薦的店家或景點，因為彼此品味相似喜歡的東西也相去不遠，而這間《民生工寓 coffee essentia》就是某日流氓顆在臉書看到朋友推薦的，濃郁的工業風格搭配綠意滿分的窗景，重點是擁有寬敞的空間，換得來的美好時光非常得宜舒適！而店內還有附帶插頭，如果在台北想找個地方工作，流氓顆會蠻推薦這間的！
雖然民生社區車位難尋，但是《民生工寓 coffee essentia》附近有個付費停車場，所以對於開車族來說很方便！

如果恰好遇上好天氣，選擇坐在靠窗處緊鄰著一旁的街道，感覺在一個獨立自我空間，但仍舊沒有與世界脫離（笑）。
門口濃郁的工業風，以水管和深色木頭設計出這道充滿神秘感的門。
一入內迎面而來的就是櫃檯，在悠閒的下午時光，你可以隨意先找個位置入座，再慢慢看著菜單想想看要點什麼。
我們瞬間就決定了座位，然後到處閒晃，櫃檯旁擺著手做甜點，每一樣看起來都精緻的很吸引人。
發現《民生工寓 coffee essentia》空間相較於許多咖啡廳寬敞，前後都有窗景區，下午時段前區的窗景區比較熱一點，如果怕曬的話推薦可以去後面的窗景區，而且座位靠牆區蠻多都有提供插頭，這對於帶著筆電的工作者來說很方便！
比利時啤酒瓶裝飾起來實在很有慵懶的步調，而且比利時啤酒瓶品牌近 1000 家，一整排想要不重複完全不是難事！
挑高椅子搭配工業風格的檯燈，同時還可面對街道與窗景，光看著就覺得心情愉悅。
流氓顆最初被吸引的就是這片充斥著工業風格的紅磚牆。
牆面塗抹著水泥風格就像煙火一樣朝向四方散開，非常粗曠的味道！
前面講的後方窗景區就是這裡，這裡還有讓人慵懶一下的沙發區。
繞完一圈發現店內的空間被應用得很極致，想必週末假日店內人潮應該也很驚人！
另一側是烘豆子區，一旁還擺著店內販售的自烘咖啡豆。
民生工寓 coffee essentia 餐點主要都是咖啡和飲品，低消也為一人一杯飲料。至於餐點部分，則以輕食和甜點為主。
黃金南瓜湯 $180
這個是個小小的 set 濃郁的南瓜湯搭配沙拉和麵包，很討喜的組合，在有點餓的午後確實可以填點肚子。
南瓜湯品也蠻濃郁的，麵包口感外硬內軟，而如果覺得偏乾的朋友可以沾著南瓜湯一起入口。
工寓私茶 $180
味道有點像花茶，甘甜順口，還不錯。
老樣配方咖啡 $180
主打工寓招牌有著深色果漿和牛奶糖的氣息，香氣濃郁中帶著漸層，入口溫潤順口。
喝下後會感覺到咖啡帶著一點點甘甜的香氣殘留在鼻腔中，不虧是招牌，還蠻好喝的！
同時也點了一個每日限定的私房甜點：重乳酪蛋糕 ，這讓流氓夫妻留下非常深刻的印象，因為味道非常的棒！
濃郁的乳酪味道吃下去卻不膩口，搭配軟綿中又有點厚實的蛋糕一起入口，非常討喜地讓人忍不住一口接著一口！
順帶一提，我原本在選擇蛋糕時有點猶豫不決，但是店員不像很多店員會回「看你喜歡什麼口味啊？」而是真心地跟我建議「今天小姐喝的是咖啡，兩種蛋糕口感都蠻適合的，不過重乳酪蛋糕是店內招牌，我個人還蠻推薦的。」在服務上面客氣又專業，最喜歡這種店員了呢！

整體來說《民生工寓 coffee essentia》是個很適合帶著筆電前往的咖啡店，有著舒適的空間，座位和座位之間也有著適當的距離，讓人感到擁有隱私和自在感。前後兩面也都具有窗景區，靠牆的地方許多都有插頭，雖然餐點只有輕食和甜點可以選擇，不過飲料普遍都有一定的水準之上，下午時光來此工作絕對是非常棒的一個選擇！
