每個城市的風貌與特色都不太一樣，過去對桃園的印象中沒有什麼特別著名或代表的美食，不過自從搬到桃園後，才發現桃園的美食需要一個一個挖掘，雖然美食密集度不高，但是只要「有心」就會發現很多認真在桃園生活且用心經營著自家的餐館，像這間《韓舍 韓國食堂》主打正統韓國銅板烤肉醃漬手法，吃起來真的蠻鮮甜可口；韓式餐館常見的石鍋拌飯和海鮮豆腐鍋這種經典菜色當然也有啦，這次剛好也有點！因為 韓舍 不提供預訂所以大家都是現場排隊，我們抵達時前面還有 3 組大約等了 15 分鐘左右分鐘也還可以接受，至於更多心得就一起來看看吧：D
這附近因為是巷內，所以不是很好停車，建議大家騎車前往會較佳。

而到的時候第一輪的客人都已經進了，所以我們就先在外面坐著先看看菜單！
而菜單上頭最吸引著我們就是鍋類和銅板烤肉，鍋類湯頭主打以海鮮蔬菜及昆布熬著的湯頭，而銅板烤肉是採傳統韓式醃肉，使用水梨、蘋果醃製。
店內空間大概有 8-9 桌，晚餐時間全部滿位。
客滿的狀態相較於現場的人手，每個工作人員看起來都很忙碌，忙著為嗷嗷待哺的客人們上菜 XDD
筷子、杯子和飲料都是自取，如果有需要置物籃或兒童椅這裡也有準備。
提供的飲料是推測應該是玉米鬚茶吧（？）口感也有點像是麥茶，所以有點不太確定。
但是清清爽爽的口感，沒什麼甜度，很適合解渴。
來到韓式餐館一定都會提供免費的小菜，讓大家墊墊胃，小菜免費續一次。
小菜都蠻好吃的，醃製的味道都不會過重或過辣，我們夫妻倆特別喜歡海帶、泡菜和甜不辣。
海帶的味道很清脆有咬勁，口味上酸酸甜甜的很刷嘴啊啊
閒聊一下…而近期追的韓劇忽然發現海帶在韓國人的心目中有點像是台灣人的「麻油麵線」生日也吃、除霉運也吃 XD
「起司泡菜豆腐鍋 $170」
泡菜味道也不是特辣，看隔壁桌一個國小小朋友也吃得挺開心，看來這辣度對於小朋友來說應該也可接受。
泡菜的湯頭中帶著一種甘甜的滋味，就如同介紹所說海鮮和蔬菜而成的自然風味，就算直接喝湯也不會覺得口乾舌燥。
店員會詢問是否需要飯，是說吃鍋類沒有飯也怪不習慣的。
只是流氓顆都習慣將飯直接丟入鍋物裡面去吸收湯汁，吸收飽滿的湯汁吃下去溫暖又飽足！
「牛肉石鍋拌飯 $170」
上桌的同時會提供韓式辣醬，而由我們自己享受拌飯的樂趣。
而韓式拌飯的樂趣就是能夠吃到一點點鍋巴的滋味，再搭配酸酸辣辣甜甜的滋味一同入口，實在讓人胃口大開。
因為有帶一點鍋巴所以口感脆而有嚼勁，是我們夫妻都很喜歡的口感！
「水梨汁 $40」
原本只是想隨便點個飲料來喝喝，
但這瓶水梨汁出乎意料的好喝，當中還有含 12% 的水梨
喝到最後下面都還是水梨的渣渣，實在太棒了！！
好喝的滋味讓我們留下深刻印象，回家後還立刻上網去訂了一箱回家XDD
「水梨牛五花 $270」
原本以為這道會在一開始的時候先上，不過因為店員沒看到而意外漏掉了…
不過看到非常韓式風格的銅板烤肉上桌時還是覺得非常興奮，銅盤旁邊已經放了一圈蔬菜，再搭配醃製的牛五花。
銅盤的外圍的一圈有著滿滿的青菜和豆腐，銅盤中間突出處就是可以拿來烤肉。
只能說真虧韓國人想得出來火鍋和烤肉一起吃啊 XDD
而牛五花真的也是蠻值得推薦的！
選用優質的牛五花，光是色澤看起來就讓人口水直流，搭配洋蔥和蔥一起上烤，散發出的滋味實在非常香！！
而有別於台灣都是鹹味口味醃製，以韓國正統手法改以蘋果水梨等醃製，
吃起來除了牛肉的鮮甜滋味外，還散發出淡淡的果香芬芳，搭配油脂較多的牛五花非常解膩！
同樣身為桃園人，對於好店當然要支持一下！《韓舍 韓國食堂》的餐點都蠻好吃的，尤其是水梨醃製的牛五花真心推薦！
不過也看得出來人手不足的問題，所以有時候如果沒上到菜或者忙碌中沒有微笑，就體諒一下吧（笑）畢竟各方面來講都是一間用心的好店啊，還是很願意再訪的！
