最近不曉得為什麼都超愛搜尋這種發財車攤販，呵，大概是覺得把整個廚房料理區搬到發財車上面感覺很有趣吧！這間《老師傅鐵板牛排》之前就吃過一次，印象中也是外出尋覓宵夜時意外發現，發現中壢中央西路這個十字路口宵夜時段非常熱鬧，想想好久也沒吃鐵板牛排了，因為好多夜市的鐵板牛排都越來越貴，而且肉也不好吃，於是乎就懷抱著這種懷念的心情嘗試，沒想到一吃覺得真是便宜又好吃，牛排的肉還蠻嫩，而且麵量也很足夠，再加顆蛋，還附贈玉米濃湯和紅茶，真的是 CP 值超高！來到中壢想要尋覓宵夜的朋友，一定不要錯過啦！

老闆是兩個年輕人，客客氣氣的又親切，點完餐就可以往裡面走了。
每次流氓顆來都必點 沙朗牛排$130，而喜歡變化的流氓湯都會換來換去，而麵條可以選油麵或通心麵，我們每次都選通心麵。
逼近半夜 12 點的狀態 老師傅鐵板牛排 店內人還是不少，看來也不少人來這邊吃宵夜呢。
店內還有紅茶，就在另一側的飲料機，可以自己倒，味道就是牛排館該有的紅茶味道，不會太差。
而玉米濃湯則是一入座就會有服務人員幫忙送上來，這也是附贈的喔。

沙朗牛排幾乎蓋滿整個通心麵，加上黑胡椒的醬料，不會過辣還蠻剛好的。
牛肉的肉質蠻鮮嫩的，而且也很好入口，煎得也蠻不錯，整體來說軟嫩好吃，呵！旁邊還擠著一顆半熟蛋，最愛這種生蛋黃的蛋了啦，每次吃鐵板牛排如果吃到熟蛋會覺得心情也受影響。
黃金雞排 $130
雞排是採用每日新鮮的雞腿肉，外皮煎得金黃酥脆，肉質軟嫩多汁，也很好吃！
老實說現在反而在夜市找不到這種好吃的鐵板牛排了，能夠再次尋覓到這種小時候的兒時回憶，真是讓人懷念。
