說到美式餐廳大家一定直覺想到漢堡吧？又或者是覺得口味可能比較重一點？但其實最近在敦化北路上開了間《Queens Cuisine 皇后美食館》顛覆顆顆對於美式餐廳的印象，以往去到美式餐廳通常是以套餐居多，搭配跟臉一樣大的漢堡(是想嚇唬誰？)說真的以女生食量來說真的無法負荷….而皇后美食館提供的餐點組合方式很多元，就算是小鳥胃的人來都 OK 喔…..所以想吃什麼就點什麼吧…..
皇后美食館其實就落在民生東路和敦化北的交叉口，閃亮亮的招牌非常引人注目，所以不難尋找。

價錢還算蠻平價的。
這兩張可愛的卡片就是點餐卡喔，領取後就可以開始選擇你想要的餐點。
而皇后美食館的點餐方式是採自助式的，可以依據各個人喜好選擇，顆顆這次選擇的是「套餐」，言下之意就是主餐+附餐，飲料則是加價自由選擇：冷飲是 $45、熱飲 $65。
顆顆覺得托盤和餐具放在入口處的地方很顯眼很棒。
服務員的頭髮都扎起來，且帶口罩，看得出來非常注重衛生。
這裡會不定期更新菜單，雖然主打美式餐廳，但希望有別於一般台灣的美式餐廳給予大眾口感較重的印象，所以特別引進美國紐約家庭風味。而我們點了豬肋排和墨西哥豬肉捲(聽說是這裡的招牌)，都很好吃。我覺得除了醬料恰到好處，不過份油膩的烹飪就算食物冷卻後食用，也不會有油膩感！看得出來選材和烹飪上面都下足了功夫。
有部分是屬於「單點區」，像炸物、果汁、鬆餅、漢堡和義大利麵都是，而這些全都是「現點現做」喔，真棒♡♡♡♡
而剛好朋友點的是「牛肉漢堡」口感很多汁美味。倒是…起司漢堡其實有含牛肉喔，只是菜單裡面沒有特別寫到。還可以選擇你想加的東西，整個很有美之晨的親切感啊啊啊。
很值得一提的是，他們家的果汁都是原汁喔，完全不加一滴水、一滴糖喔！
確認完你要的餐點，拿消費卡逼逼就好。
店內空間近百坪，皆以寬敞的大型長桌為主，大家可以輕鬆享受美式悠哉氣息。而且另外備有 50 人的大包廂，不論是家族、朋友或是公司聚餐都很適合喔。
只要是現做的餐點都需要等候喔，當然也會給你等候震動鈴。剛好朋友點了 3 個都是現做的…..我就笑他只能吃震動鈴了…..
哈哈哈，因為顆顆很不上相，眼皮莫名的垂(哭哭)，但朋友很正….所以就拿出來讓大家笑一笑…..我需要用手把眼睛往上提才能拍照阿….
