產後健身滿一年了，我送給自己的禮物：接受自己。

不知不覺產後已經 1 年 4 個月了，隨著健身日子漸增，而累積的知識、技術，讓我心變得很踏實，也改變我的心態。也越來越了解自己的性格，理解並接受我自己是「易胖體質」與「愛吃的性格」，吃了容易胖、極度討厭飲食控制、依舊想要享受跟朋友約吃飯自由自在的感受，所以，懂得理解自己成為運動能夠持久的最主要因素。如果不夠瞭解自己，就用坊間的瘦身菜單胡亂做，其實說真的放棄的比堅持的人更多，因為每個人身體結構、喜歡的相差非常大，根本沒辦法有統一做法。

我自從二十歲後，總是在減肥，從可以靠飲食控制就可以輕易控制的體質，到後來做了人工、試管後，逐漸失控的體質。

所以這也不是我第一次找私人教練，但我坦白跟你說坊間教練真的都蠻爛的，我經驗真的很多（笑）

雖然我挺過來了、也成功做到 短短 40 日 降 8.6%體脂，但我真的不想要再重來一次，而且我跟你們說，照我先前的做法我後來還是復胖了。

因為有些健身房的教練沒有時間、也沒興趣教你運動基礎（因為希望妳一直跟他買課程），所以會講一些事是而非的觀念，但網路上更多錯誤觀念，我結束減重課程後，還是不會運用器材、怎麼安排自己的課表。

一、切、歸、零。

然而健身這件事情，我在懷孕卸貨後再次面對了，胖了20公斤的身體，只能用慘烈來形容。

孩子出生後半年，我努力在育兒和工作中間，特地騰出時間約了教練課，但體力時間大不如前，一週一次已經是極限。

回頭看自己的身材，會覺得是隻可愛的海豹，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈。


好不容易死撐硬撐到，湯包終於送托嬰後，除了教練課，我終於能撥出一週兩次的時間去運動。

然而這次能夠持續撐下去、維持這麼長一段時間的運動，跟我的就練有很大的關係，他是非常鼓勵型的教練，對他而言他覺得最重要的是「姿勢正確、安全第一」。

一開始我不能理解，大家都在求快速效果，最好一個月內瘦多少，為什麼有健身八年經驗、五年教學經驗、ACE 國際個人健身教練執照的他，卻反而是與其他人要求不同。

但，現在我滿一年了，有健身基礎後，懂得分辨是非對錯，我真的非常認同他的觀念。

正確的姿勢、適合自己的運動、強度夠強的菜單、喜歡的運動，才能夠「持續」且「有效果」，持續才是運動中最難達成的。

如果只有練短短幾個月、沒有系統性的穩定訓練，肌肉也不穩定，也非常容易復胖，這就是為什麼我之前也上了教練課、也瘦下來了，還是輕易復胖了。

這是我這一年來的運動菜單，無私的分享給你們。

但因為這是我的課表，所以是為我量身定制的，我對運動菜單的要求：「身材緊實，看起來曲線好。」

對我而言，實際體重多重，已經不是我追求的，我希望我在照片上看起來好看就好，畢竟我的工作很常需要拍照，身材的維持是必備的。

其實課表中間有很多細節，像是組間休息時間、組數、重量，等，以及沒寫在上面的「正確姿勢」才是練起來有效果的真正細節！

隨著這一年來，我慢慢知道自己該怎麼去彈性的調整，對自己來說會達到更好的效果。

連我的教練也稱讚我是非常認真的學生，認為我已經花了一年打好基礎，第二年應該會練得很有成果。

我自己也有感覺，滿一年後對動作的掌握度、強度可以增強，像是：負重深蹲邁向 60 kg 後，那效果真的是非常明顯，每週、每週身體的曲線緊實都看得出來。

哦，順帶一提，我中間有一度很憂鬱，覺得很無聊，後來教練建議我們換個地方練，踏出去外面後，我才知道我其實已經跟別人不一樣了，自然而然產生自信。

接著，除了自由重量、器材訓練，也開始上拳擊、空瑜，發現交替上著有興趣的課程，才能保持熱情，而且切記要夠操，效果才有，不然花錢上課幹嘛？

但已經練了一年，也知道怎麼度過每次中間很想放棄的時刻，我會找面健身房的鏡子拍照XDDDDDD

我跟你們說健身房的鏡子特別顯瘦，這是真的我比較過啦，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈。

所以這篇我不提減了多少數字，因為我的身體曲線已經說明太多了，這一年來汗水沒有白流，我會持續加油的，效果真的很顯著，而且我已經愛上了能不練嗎。
