最近淘寶社團大家都在瘋買 科帥空氣炸鍋 ，會讓大家這麼瘋狂的原因是這台只要一千多台幣且很好清洗，跟進口大廠品牌比起來真的是超便宜！而且社團每天都不斷看到有新網友開箱，底下的大家都會互相交流食譜，每每深夜滑手機都餓起來了。所以我也忍不住入坑了，特地找了間包郵、提供 110v 符合台灣電壓版本的賣家，這樣就一次解決大家買淘寶最擔心的「電壓」和「特貨」問題囉，再加上有 ShopBack 的購物現金回饋，這台買下來真的是超級划算。

所以呢，空氣炸鍋絕對是「家有嫩嬰的媽媽，必備的救命良藥」，每天在家裡的無人島飢腸轆轆的媽媽們，能夠一鍵完成煮飯這件事，真的是太美好了，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，再也不用像望夫石一樣守候在旁，時時刻刻看著火啦！
好，正式進入 科帥空氣炸鍋 開箱介紹。（文末會詳細說明超便宜購買攻略。）
科帥有好幾個容量版本：3.6 L / 4L / 5L ，我們是選容量最大的 5 L ，雖然賣場的畫面示意圖有隻烤雞，但我們已經事先將雞去頭了，才勉強的把整隻雞全塞進鍋內。
所以，依照這個容量邏輯，還是 5L 會最實用，至多可以煮 4 人份。
PS. 這台溫度是華氏°F 但我們覺得不太影響操作，因為會常用的溫度就那幾個，久了也就習慣。
如果有稍微做過氣炸鍋的功課，肯定曾聽人說過：「非常難清理，不推薦。」
有可能他買到的機型是舊型的飛利浦的氣炸鍋，幾乎網路上一面倒的評語都是難拆洗，而這台非常好拆，只要下壓手把邊緣的按鈕，就可以輕鬆將內外鍋分離。
而且鍋具這邊並沒有所謂的電路設計，整個拿去洗都沒問題，加上都是不鏽鋼的，清洗起來就和家裡的鍋子大同小異，非常方便。
接下來，我會分享這幾天玩氣炸鍋的菜單。
我沒分享到的菜單，也不用擔心，網路上有很多氣炸鍋討論社團（不像麵包機會型號、行程問題），只要掌控 溫度和料理時間 就可以成功複製囉。
烤全雞
- 溫度設定：360°F、氣炸鍋設定時間：30 分鐘。
- 食材：全雞 400 克｜醃料：米酒、醬油、糖、蒜泥、蔥 ，醃製時間 15 分鐘。
- 先放入氣炸鍋烘烤 20 分鐘，取出後雞身塗抹蜂蜜和醃料，讓顏色更好看，再重新啟動烘烤 10 分鐘即完成。
我們還有塞幾顆蒜球一起放入氣炸鍋，第一段結束就可以取出囉，吃起來很像馬鈴薯，沒有生吃時那麼辣口，反而有種香甜感。
烤雞全餐 30 分鐘完成，比叫肯德基外送還快又還健康啊。
鹹酥雞
- 溫度設定：400°F、氣炸鍋設定時間：8 分鐘。
- 食材：雞腿切塊去骨 200 克 ｜炸物裹粉：蛋兩顆、木薯粉（地瓜粉）｜油：苦茶油｜醃料：五香粉、蔥白切段、蒜泥、白胡椒、醬油、米酒、糖，醃製時間 12 小時。
- 將醃好的雞腿肉先沾蛋汁再裹粉，就可以一塊塊放入氣炸鍋內，只要在表層均勻塗上苦茶油（油都可以，不要汽油就好）就可以放入烘烤即完成。
炸薯條
- 溫度和時間設定，使用氣炸鍋內建的「薯條模式」。
- 食材：馬鈴薯切條｜調味：鹽｜油：苦茶油
- 放入馬鈴薯條（其實切什麼形狀都可以，切片狀就是洋芋片，切絲狀就是咔辣姆久。），有抹油就是炸薯條，沒有抹油就是單純烘烤囉，然後，按下薯條模式行程即完成。
哈哈哈，這個有夠簡單，覺得寫出來超廢。
再來這道我幾乎天天吃，因為只要把牛肉丟進去就好（有時甚至把好市多冷凍蝦一起丟入）。
烤牛排
- 溫度和時間設定，使用氣炸鍋內建的「牛肉模式」。
- 食材：牛肉｜調味：鹽巴、黑胡椒
- 只要放入牛肉就完成了 90%，等模式結束打開就 100% 了。
只要等 12 分鐘，不用在旁守候火爐，拯救飢腸轆轆的媽媽們，哈。
