湯包終於在 34 週頭轉下了，原本還擔心要剖腹產，湯包終於順利平安的出籠啦！其實我是神經算大條的媽媽目前也沒特別準備什麼，平常雖然會看批踢踢的媽寶版吸取經驗，但對我而言醫生和營養師的專業建議更是重要。而像我這種新手媽媽，許多寶寶相關的知識肯定是不足的啊，尤其我們夫妻預計湯包出生六個月後開始送托嬰中心，也會希望日常生活中能寶寶提升免疫力就太好了呢。
所以前陣子我特別參加了由好食課舉辦的媽媽教室，由專業醫生和營養師分享，課程安排 3 小時內容超扎實的，哈，而且還有開放醫生和營養師 1 對 1 的諮詢時間，真是太佛心了。
雖然平常產檢時也可以問醫院的醫生或護理師，但偶爾候診病人比較多時，內心也會有種怕自己問太多耽誤其他人的時間啦，哈哈哈。
上半場是由小兒科醫師黃立心來和我們分享免疫力的原理，特別有趣的是，我們總是通常都會著重在飲食、營養上的補充，第一個都會想到「那要吃什麼才能提升保護力？」。
而醫生提到其實影響保護力的因素很多，但主要是：睡眠、情緒、運動和營養，最重要的是獲得平衡，太多或太少都不好。
雖然我對母乳沒有特別狂熱，但聽到醫生提到乳鐵蛋白能夠增加身體的保護力，乳鐵蛋白是母乳中的珍貴成分，會建議越小開始攝取越好，讓我忍不住想要為湯包努力一下，至少餵到他去上托嬰也好。
當天中場休息準備的午茶真心好吃啊，也貼心的準備不少鹹食，媽媽吃得心滿意足，連湯包也跟著鼓動。（哈哈哈哈哈哈，我們母子都是吃貨啊。）

「每日早晚兩杯鮮奶」
這部分有詢問營養師如果是鮮乳飲品也可以嗎？他說基本上不影響營養的攝取，所以如果真的不習慣喝純鮮奶的，也可以加在咖啡或茶裡一起喝。（基本上也跟前面醫生說的一樣，重點是平衡，如果不吃可以找其他營養取代方式。）
營養師說其實一歲以後的孩子就可以開始喝鮮乳，並且推薦選擇保留更多「乳鐵蛋白」的鮮乳。例如瑞穗極制鮮乳，因為使用比較溫和的巴氏殺菌（72度殺菌法），所以不會破壞生乳中的營養成分和風味，可以保留 (較多的乳鐵蛋白和免疫球蛋白，營養更完整提供保護力，對於怕濃厚奶味的人來說也是個好選擇。

最後只記得我好像問：「乳糖不耐症的人，可以喝鮮奶嗎？」
因為阿湯哥是喝鮮奶會噴奶的人，我怕湯包遺傳到他的體質。但營養師說近期有研究乳糖不耐症的人，有可能是對某些特定的蛋白質過敏，可以讓小朋友漸進式的嘗試鮮奶，或者不同品牌的替換嘗試，可能會找到適合的鮮奶。
