大家都在問的試管植入前、懷孕期間，我都吃什麼營養保健品？

我是第二次試管才成功懷孕的，可能也因為這樣，私訊給我的粉絲們最常問的問題就是：「植入前有沒有吃什麼保養品呢？或有什麼撇步嗎？」但我覺得試管成功有各種因素和一點運氣，就像我的醫生李茂盛說的：「這些保養品是研究上有依據，可能多少有用、吃吃看。」但在這之前也是一次次的抽血，看了報告後才開了這些適合我的保健品，之前雖然有在粉絲團分享過，但因為真的大家都在詢問，加上我也開始進入懷孕後期了，我決定把植入前和懷孕期間的保養品寫成文章分享給你們參考。

我把各階段保養品時間軸用圖表列出，覺得這樣比較清楚吃的時間軸與需要吃多久，希望可以幫助到大家。

我第二次試管的年齡是 31 歲，很多人聽到我兩次都一次植入 4 顆都說：「妳這麼年輕，怎麼會需要一次植入這麼多呢？」

（近年試管界流行一次植入一顆好的，單胞胎對於母體負擔也比較小。）

這個問題老實說到現在還是無解，但我覺得會有疑問或深入探究，都是在失敗後，我們想要歸咎原因、找出答案，但懷孕這件事情真的沒有標準答案。

第二次試管我的 AMH 指數比起第一次又更差，我只知道卵巢不等人，李茂盛看了我的報告後開了以下保養品給我。

  • 取卵前、植入前，備孕期間保養品

到現在我依舊無法確定保養品有多大的作用，因為一切的變因都不一樣了，又或許是自己走過這條路，我很明白想要把任何線索當成救命稻草的心情，並不想過度宣傳讓保養品好像變成仙丹一樣。

但相較於第一次我取卵 9 顆，第二次則為 11 顆，但兩次胚胎發展到 D3 的都是 4 顆，剩下的都在 D5 前都宣告失敗連凍胚胎的機會都沒有。

而第一次試管醫生有明確告知胚胎等級，因為都是 B 和 C 的在植入前我哭的一塌糊塗，第二次植入李茂盛沒有明確告知等級，只有說：「有一顆比較好，剩下三顆沒有很好，但我們今天一次植入四顆試試看。」

結果，如你們所知，那一顆留下了，成為了湯包（不然也不會有這篇文章吧XD）

自從 4W 確定懷孕後這段期間，李茂盛沒有再開任何保養品給我。

但因為手邊有之前買的剩餘葉酸，所以我是自行決定補充的，但 Goldmax 葉酸我沒什麼特別感覺，如果再買並不會特別推薦或不推薦。

這段期間其實也是初期流產高峰期，我自己是覺得吃點保養品也是讓肚子裡的寶寶知道，媽媽有跟他一起在努力。

  • 懷孕初期（4W-9W）

很多人都會說要喝滴雞精備孕，我自己是已經喝 老協珍 兩、三年了，沒什麼特別感覺只是剛好好市多有賣覺得方便而已，我單純把它當成簡單方便的「蛋白質補充品」。

偷偷說：真心覺得滴雞精被過度神化了。

而值得一提我學妹有送我 掛川完熟酵母土雞滴雞精 ，喝起來味道很濃郁而且每次喝完都有覺得腳很熱，不知道是不是錯覺、還是剛好，那段期間湯包體重真的跑比較快，但學妹說他們只賣熟客，難怪網路上都找不到資料XDD。

我本身就有消化不順的問題，那時候就開始吃益生菌，先說我自己覺得每個人身上的菌、需要的菌多少不太一樣，所以就是需要神農氏嚐百草精神，才有辦法找到適合你的。

我曾經也吃過幾間益生菌，但如你們的過往經驗一樣，就是無感，但我懷孕後可能體質也有改變，吃 葡萄王益菌王 是真的有改善問題，加上有酸酸甜甜的味道我也挺喜歡，所以就一直吃下去了。

天啊！轉眼我邁入了第  7 個月，準備懷孕這麼久，懷孕怎麼像夢一場。
