放肆旅行後的告解【歐萃學超音波標靶震波溶脂】讓我腰圍 -3 公分

我承認我在韓國真的太放肆了（淚），因為天氣太熱就只想躲在室內，所以行程滿滿的都是吃啊，就連宵夜也失心瘋的選了炸雞。因為衣服向來都是選很寬鬆的洋裝，當下其實也不以為意，回台灣後一量體重差點昏倒啊，嗚嗚嗚嗚嗚，還好出國前有先見之明，有先預約了星和的「歐萃學超音波系統(標靶震波溶脂)」，原本還擔心我的代謝低於基礎代謝會不會效果不好，但效果還算不錯只做了一次就 -3 公分的腰圍，讓我罪惡感不那麼重XDD。


來「星和診所桃園店」已經跟我家後院一樣了，哈。

自從去年每月定期來星和雷射保養後，我真的很常來，我之前做淨膚雷射和脈衝光療程時換過好幾個醫生，最後就都固定給游家文醫生做治療，也因為如此後續只要有醫美相關的，我都會指定游醫生。

只愛游醫生，就是信賴他的細心，就算只是施打雷射，也都會詢問上次打完後恢復的狀況，然後施打時也會清楚說明，並且仔細的傾聽你的肌膚困擾。

這樣講好像我一直在推銷游醫生，但事實就是我真心愛他（不是那種愛），完全是我來星和的不二人選。


如果有上網做功課的孩子肯定已經知道「歐萃學超音波系統(標靶震波溶脂)」，標靶震波療程建議施打 3 次，每次需間隔 2 週，並且期間需要大量喝水幫助三酸甘油脂代謝。

哼哼哼，雖然只預計施打一次，美容師也超幫忙的，把我的脂肪堆～～～超級高，一次就打了近 800 發XDDD，連游醫生也表示手很痠，哈哈哈。

從韓國放肆旅行回來後，我帶了不少伴手禮在我的肚子，所以我測量是 91 公分。

嗯…我現在道歉還來得及嗎？

歐萃學超音波系統(標靶震波溶脂)施打必須超過 2.5 cm 的脂肪，所以美容師會先進行測量還有畫線確認。


然後會到專門的小房間（聽起來有點曖昧？），美容師會先用儀器軟化脂肪，然後再來把脂肪堆起來。


大家都笑說這是堆蛋糕啊，而且這需要出動兩個人力才有辦法啊。

雖然是不至於不舒服，但因為膠帶蠻粘的，所以顆顆每次回家洗澡都需要特別清洗殘膠的地方。

等到一切就緒，只欠東風（醫生本人），美容師就會去呼叫醫生過來啦。

因為游醫生跟我太熟了，所以我忍不住笑出來，覺得這畫面太像是產檢啊XDDD

會被稱作「標靶」就是機器會自動計算出需要施打的點，我看到畫面還跟游醫師開玩笑說：「你好像在打遊戲，把一個個紅點全部消除就過關。」

說到這也忍不住驚嘆，超音波真的是一個很神奇的東西，可以穿過器官只打擊深層的脂肪，讓原本擁有銅牆鐵壁的脂肪細胞變得脆弱，也更容易變為三酸甘油脂，然後喝水就可以排出。

不像以前說要靠醫學美容減脂，就一定要必須靠侵入方式，像是：抽脂等。


因為只施打一次，所以脂肪真的堆得很高，整個範圍也很大，範圍也幾乎到肋骨下方。

所以我覺得有輕微的刺痛和熱熱的感覺，加上我的肌膚算是比較容易泛紅的，很需要美容師在旁邊一直加涼涼的護膚油幫忙鎮定和舒緩。

但是，也就這樣和游醫生一邊聊天，也就咻咻咻度過了施打的時間。


相約兩週後，我回星和去聽脂肪寶寶的心跳（大誤）。

發現成功削減了 -3 公分啊。

（因為我前一次看到自己的肚皮太震驚了，以至於忘記拍照測量肚圍的照片，所以只好口說無法以照片為證。）

再見了我的黑歷史，掰掰，哈哈哈哈哈。

雖然接下來還是要努力運動啦，因為 88 公分也不是什麼光榮的數字，但至少覺得自己可以輕鬆一點這樣。


其實還蠻慶幸自己有先預約「超音波標靶震波溶脂」，不然我香港行預約的旗袍該如何是好呢？
