終究還是成為過敏寶寶，我們一起面對鼻涕吧：多恩大象電動吸鼻器 使用心得隨記。

懷孕時阿湯哥就一直祈禱著，湯包不要遺傳到他的過敏體質，隨著今年夏轉秋來得忽然，湯包起床後都會打兩個噴嚏，這幾天開始鼻涕流個不停，但又都是透明鼻涕，去看了醫生後，醫生說應該是過敏反應，對此，阿湯哥感到非常愧疚，他最不希望遺傳給湯包的，沒想到終究還是留給他了。雖然這件事情，我們都不願意它發生，但既然發生了就一起面對吧，人生不就是如此嗎（笑）。

「人生最難的，並不是低潮，而是如何在低潮中，依舊保持樂觀態度，去尋找出窗簾後的那扇窗。」

一直以來面對挫折時，我都是這麼鼓勵自己。

所以，在醫生跟我們說：「湯包可能是過敏寶寶時。」同時，也提出方案，建議我們幾項可以做的事情，我也分享給大家：

  • 家中環境：勤打掃、床單 1-2 週清洗，減少塵蟎、臥房放除濕機和空氣機。
  • 益生菌補充。（湯包目前喝 能恩2  裡面就有含益生菌，我們有問醫生，這樣有需要再補充嗎，他說那就不用，主要是持續長期的喝，至少要 6 個月以上比較好。）
  • 保養型過敏藥。（醫生建議：持續吃 4-6 個月，可以維持 1-2 年過敏減緩，等到那時候湯包也比較可以運動時，過敏也可以改善，只是這有副作用：嗜睡。）

前面三項講的都是長遠目標，沒辦法咻一下完成，過敏就是一個靠持續才會改變，而無法根治的困擾。

或許，過敏的存在，就是為了鞭策我們更努力的生活吧？


然而，才 08m12d 的湯包，不曉得自己發生了什麼事，面臨了鼻塞晚上翻來覆去睡不好的困擾。

我們能做的也不多，就是幫他減緩過敏的症狀，讓他持續吃好睡好。


所以，除了醫生開的藥，我們為了讓他睡得好點，看完醫生我們就決定入手電動的吸鼻器。

（其實不嫌麻煩也是可以都帶去診所抽鼻涕，但我們覺得如果是感冒時還要來來去去蠻麻煩的，所以還是決定入手一台。）

看了一輪前輩們的討論，有三個不同品牌的電動吸鼻器在我們預備名單中：

  1. 多恩寶貝象 / 丁丁藥局 $3600
  2. 寶兒樂 / $1980
  3. 佳貝恩創意象 / $3200

最後選擇了 多恩寶貝象 ，主要原因是：

  • 外觀好看（對不起我就是外貿協會，其他兩台我沒辦法讓它們進門）
  • 看網路上的開箱感覺多恩寶貝象的吸鼻吸管較細長。

市面上討論度高的吸鼻器功能都大同小異：吸鼻涕、洗鼻、氧氣面罩 和 手持噴霧，我覺得足以因應各種需求，使用上很全面。

目前湯包就使用到 吸鼻涕 而已。

但其他前輩討論，可以在使用 吸鼻器 前，可以 熱敷 或 使用氧氣面罩溫熱鼻腔，這樣吸鼻涕的效果會更好。

急急忙忙去丁丁藥局買大象機的阿湯哥，誤打誤撞買成粉色的。

（但老實說我覺得粉色比藍色好看，哈哈哈哈哈）

配件組

原本附在吸鼻瓶上的吸頭比較圓粗但質地較軟，我們換成袋內另一個比較窄瘦（質地較硬）的吸頭，覺得比較好運用。

第一次使用時還沒抓到訣竅，所以吸出來的量並不多，但是大概使用兩、三次就會上手，至少很明顯感受到湯包的呼吸聲順暢許多。

訣竅就是：吸個兩三秒，按壓住排氣閥，讓鼻涕吸引瓶變成真空，就可以吸出長長一條的鼻涕了。

整個過程只要 2 分鐘就可以結束，當然，跟診所的相比，我覺得還是診所的清得更乾淨，但我覺得居家用已經很足夠了。

重點是可以讓湯包睡覺可以好好睡，同時，鼻涕吸出來可以避免細菌在裡面，免得過敏到最後變成感冒，那就比較麻煩了。

（這就是我說另一個比較窄瘦的吸頭，目前我們都用這個。）

至於，有人說大象造型，寶寶比較滿單，我是覺得這應該是想多了啦，哈哈哈哈哈哈。

湯包只覺得有人一直弄他鼻子很煩而已XD

只想要死命掙扎，但吸鼻涕吸乾淨，他剛好又用力掙扎完也累了，哄睡超迅速，讚讚。

整體而言，我覺得大象吸鼻機，蠻好用的，大概可以維持 30 分鐘 到 1 小時，寶寶鼻子清爽，並且省去一直擦拭鼻子，讓附近肌膚太敏感等問題啦。

（但我只看過這台，再來就是診所的，我覺得吸力蠻好的，鼻涕是可以清乾淨的啦。）

備註：這罐 Noodle&Boo 的極致修護霜，我們覺得超好用，真的有修護的感覺，大推。

我覺得我們托嬰中心的老師，蠻有拍照天份的，每次拍的湯包照都很有趣（笑）。
