以前顆顆是那種很抗拒醫美的人，不時傳出整形失敗案例，讓我對於能化腐朽為神奇的醫美，依舊不敢以身試驗。但我覺得每件事情都需要評估和理解風險，對於醫美其實也是如此，所以開始接觸後，反而喜歡上這種迅速有效果的美容方式（笑）。我每個月都會固定到星和做淨膚保養，也經過一年的默默觀察，覺得不論是醫生還是美容師都很值得信賴，所以當和醫生聊起有哪些可以再做微調時，醫生建議我可以用玻尿酸和肉毒，微調一下下巴的線條，讓臉型更 V 字時，顆顆猶豫了兩天決定想試試看，轉眼也打了近一個月了，就來看看這篇記錄吧。
雖說好像看似我很爽快的決定要進場微調，其實在猶豫期也做了不少功課，
在我要打的前陣子有爆出「玻尿酸造成失明」的新聞，
當時我在諮詢的時候也很害怕，近一步詢問醫生，
醫生也坦白跟我說「鼻子和眼部附近的血管非常多，真的需要經驗和技術。」
所以像我連打淨膚都要敷麻藥如此俗辣的人，這次會願意施打玻尿酸和肉毒，
一方面是施打部位相對來說是比較安全，另一個是選擇醫美集團還是比較有保障。
（當然不是說施打眼部或鼻子附近就危險，只是醫師技術和風評真的很重要。）
敷完麻藥的同時也會填寫手術同意書，確認並不是懷孕或哺乳期間，或者對麻藥過敏等等。

（同時也是天使肉毒，也就是不含複合式蛋白，所以就不會產生抗藥性的問題。（這部分如果有不懂都可以詢問美容師喔））
清除麻藥後，就坐在已經墊高的躺床上等待醫生進來，
此時還真的有點緊張，因為這可是顆顆我生平第一次打玻尿酸和肉毒啊。
幫我施打的是張惟皓醫生，之前淨膚雷射也都是他幫我做的，
我還蠻喜歡解說時不慍不火的步調，讓人蠻安心的。
此刻，正在進行施打前的消毒作業啊（抖）
我使用的玻尿酸品牌是 Restylane 瑞斯朗（Perlane劑型），劑量是 2 cc ，
這種中分子的玻尿酸，比較適合施打下巴區域，同時也會維持比較久。
張醫生有特別分配劑量，也會順修下巴邊緣，順修是一件很重要的事情！
不然會變成蛇精男的下巴啊啊啊啊（我才不要）
施打的瞬間下巴瞬間變長！！！
當然看我的表情也知道多少還有點痛，但張醫生還蠻快狠準的，
所以就算痛也只是一下下，一邊施打會一邊幫我確認下巴的型狀。
接下來就是施打肉毒，讓我原本有點緊繃的下巴放鬆一點，這樣線條也會再延長一些。
施打的那瞬間真的忽然覺得下唇那塊的肌肉有點使不上力，哈。
其實張醫生出現的時間大概才 5 分鐘，接下來就是美容師接手了，
同時也幫剛剛施打的小傷口進行塗抹和濕敷鎮定。
每個人施打完狀況不一樣，不過美容師說我幾乎不太紅腫，也沒有水腫，也看不太出來剛打過。
打完當天我自己覺得超不習慣，已經 30 年都是個圓臉蛋女孩，
瞬間變得有個超 V 的下巴真的是覺得無法適應。
前幾天我都一直跟阿湯哥說「怎麼辦？我會不會是量打太多了？會不會很怪？」
而且前 3 天有點異物感的同時，好像跌倒摔到下巴那種痛痛的感覺，哈。
還好～1 週後回診的同時，
下巴異物感和微疼的感覺都沒了，只留下修長線條的 V 型臉蛋！
施打 1 個月後我覺得我和玻尿酸已經融為一體了，
喔！不是，是玻尿酸與我融為一體了！
我特別喜歡笑起來的樣子，除了非常燦爛外，臉型也輪廓也更出來！！！！

其實打下巴後臉的整體比例變長，視覺上就瘦了 5 公斤，
相對也是看起來比較性感，看來我可以開始走妖豔路線，

A1：通常一個部位 1-2 cc ，但還是要請醫生評估為準。

Q3：玻尿酸效果消失後會變老嗎？
A3：不會的，玻尿酸會慢慢被身體代謝掉，會逐漸恢復未施打前的樣子，但不會變得更糟。
