愛吃牛肉的朋友千萬不要錯過今天介紹的這間 RED ROCK ，哈，帶著興奮的心情等不及要跟你們分享！！我們是正中午前往的，雖然有小排隊 20-30 分鐘，但是吃得時候真的是幸福滿足，第一次看到牛肉蓋飯弄得很像是雪花冰般堆疊出一座小山，而且上頭的肉看起來很生，但吃起來肉質很嫩、肉汁所在肉裡很香很甜真的一口接一口欲罷不能，價格又只要 $1000円上下 ，也難怪連日本人都趨之若鶩，排隊人潮不論是上班和學生族群都有，反而觀光客不多，真的是貨真價實的在地排隊美食啊！

原宿店離原宿車站走路有段小距離，需要穿過熱鬧的竹下通後對面的街道，再走個 1-2 分鐘就會看到了。
其實在台灣還蠻常看到餐廳前面有著驚人的排隊人潮，但在日本就算看到還蠻多也都是觀光客居多，還真的是第一次看到排隊人潮幾乎都是日本人的XDD
ローストビーフ丼 和 ステーキ丼 是店內的熱門之選，分別位居 NO.1 & 2 的位置。
排隊人潮從 B1 的排隊起點前面，一路延伸到樓梯間和外面的人行道，就連平日中午人潮都這麼驚人！
在等候的同時旁邊有菜單區，有附圖所以算是一目了然。
ローストビーフ丼 和 ステーキ丼 都有分大小碗，但光是小碗的就很夠吃，除非真的大食量，不然正常或偏小的建議點小碗的就錯錯有餘啦！
最下面一排是黑毛和牛丼飯，價格比較貴一點，聽說這一系列常常也賣很快，常常下午就售光！！喜歡黑毛和牛的朋友不訪試試看！
這次排 REDROCK 有個小插曲，原本流氓夫妻想說先去排隊，然後再看胖虎他們要不要過來，但後來胖虎來的路上有點小迷路～
不過還好阿湯哥緊急上去人行道帶胖虎，然後一切就像電影一樣順利的趕上，哈哈哈哈大家都很膽戰心驚XDD
我和阿湯哥點了 ローストビーフ丼 和 ステーキ丼 各一，剛好胖虎來了同時（胖虎和阿湯哥點一樣的），店內剛好座位也清好了，就順利進入店內啦。
店內雖然不算大，但座位也不算少共有 48 個。
我們被安排在最後面的一個很像酒吧空間的區域，忽然之間剛剛的緊繃都放鬆下來，感覺可以在這邊好好的吃個飯。

鮮嫩的烤牛肉上桌時，獨特的是只有外層經過炙燒料理，外皮帶點脆，裡面的牛肉軟嫩鮮甜！

下方的飯淋上的醬汁似乎是特調的，和一般丼飯截然不同，說不出切確的滋味，但吃起來就是滿足和美味！

推疊成一座小山的牛肉薄片，上頭擺放著月見和特調酸奶，原本還誤以為白色的是蛋白，哈。
蛋黃和酸奶讓味道更有層次，從來沒想過原來烤牛肉和酸奶可以這麼契合！
很多朋友看到照片都問我：「這是生的牛肉嗎？」
其實吃起來沒有生牛肉的血腥滋味，反而是軟嫩鮮甜的牛肉滋味，
連我也是吃了一口後，跟著豪邁的大口、大口地暴風吸食中，非常有層次的味覺享受。
哈，只能說雖然排了點隊，但能夠吃到真的覺得很幸福！
不只流氓夫妻覺得好吃，連胖虎後來也一直叨叨念念說下次還想要再吃這間（笑）
