哎呦，沒錯，又是我的愛 米森有機 呢，因為我本來就蠻常在寫寶寶食譜的，所以對我來說，這次的合作感覺格外駕輕就熟，但你們也知道（？），我就是一個喜歡把自己逼死的人。所以在構思食譜時，希望除了好吃外，也希望獨特點（剛好這期間湯包滿一歲了，如果不是因為週歲慶生派對，打理所有細節就快逼瘋我，不然我當時真的有幫湯包做生日蛋糕的想法，哈哈哈哈哈哈。）於是，這個想法最終實現，在這篇文章中，其實這次設計的食譜，都可以成為 寶寶週歲派對的食物，就連月齡比較小的小朋友都可以嘗試，因為成分真的很單純！好，更多細節與食譜請往內看吧，來。

以及 先前我就有介紹過，湯包當時也非常買單的 6m+ 有機黑芝麻寶寶粥 / 心得分享 。
然而，我原本滿心期待除了 黑芝麻寶寶粥 ，這次又多了 紅藜麥寶寶粥 ，能夠在去日本九州時帶出門。
不過不幸的是，紅藜麥寶寶粥 湯包不買單，連帶連以前很買單的 黑芝麻寶寶粥 也不喜歡了，但是在湯包原本吃的飯裡面，加一點藜麥粉 或 芝麻粉 ，或是我做成手指食物，他都很買單。
所以，我覺得應該是因為長大了，不喜歡吃泥狀的食物了XDDDDD
跟客戶回報這件事情時，她們也笑笑說：「孩子的長大就是這麼的神速。」
所以湯包或許不買單，但搞不好你的寶寶買單，當爸媽就是化身為神農氏，各種嘗試不斷的試煉等待著我們，共勉之。

來吧，進入食譜部分：
-有機香蕉燕麥餅乾-
我是個無澱粉不歡的人，連帶湯包也是這樣的孩子，但其實有些腸胃比較敏感的孩子，對麩質敏感，這點爸媽在飲食上就得時時注意。
「有機無麩質大燕麥片」是即食麥片，符合歐盟規定，全程檢驗，讓人非常安心。
所需食材：
- 香蕉 1 根 約 100克
- 米森有機無麩質大燕麥片 80g
作法很簡單，只要將香蕉壓碎，同時拌入即食燕麥，燕麥會吸收水分，但是可以看所需的量再添加燕麥，最後要保留點微濕感，這樣經過烘烤後，比較不會過硬，讓寶寶不好入口。
我搓揉成直徑 2-3cm 的小圓球，這樣烘烤的時間短 且 不用擔心烘烤後太乾硬。
我是使用氣炸鍋的，但是用烤箱、氣炸烤箱也都無妨，設定 150 度、約 10 分鐘即完成。
這時候湯包才 11 個月，我幫他捏碎，讓他自己嘗試吃。
我覺得因為有香蕉的香氣，很香甜，明明剛吃飽還能吃個三小塊，我想應該是蠻喜歡的吧（笑）。
沒吃完的就可以用保鮮盒裝起來，放冰箱內三日內吃完即可。
（不過後來這些都被我吃掉了，因為媽媽常常忙到一個段落，才低血壓的翻找冰箱，哈哈哈）
-有機寶寶芝麻蛋糕-
等等，別因為看起來很華麗，就急著跳過。
這道真的比想像中簡單很多，至少我是一次就成功，我上次做 寶寶版的舒芙蕾 可是反覆嘗試至少三、四次才成功，這樣講你們應該有信心了吧。
我原本以為我做寶寶蛋糕已經有點瘋狂了，但我有個粉絲更狂，不止做蛋糕，還抹優格、擺上水果，看起來真的就跟外面賣的蛋糕ㄧ樣！超猛！
「有機純黑芝麻粉」我幾乎每餐都會幫湯包添加一點在飯中，因為我近期比較忙，都買現成的副食品，成分幾乎都沒有標示含鈣，所以我都會額外添加。也不曉得是不是因為這樣，還蠻多人說湯包蠻高的，剛滿一歲 75cm算高嗎？
我們也沒概念，畢竟只養過一個小孩而已，哈，但對我們而言，營養均衡、健康就好了。
所需食材：
蛋黃糊：
- 蛋黃 3 個
- 鮮奶 50 g
- 低筋麵粉 55 g
- 初榨橄欖油 25 g
- 黑芝麻 7 g
蛋白霜：
- 蛋白 3 個
- 砂糖 15 g
蛋黃糊其實就是依序慢慢把食材攪拌，動作不要太用力，儘量用按壓的動作讓食材混和即可。
低筋麵粉和黑芝麻粉可以一起過篩放入，口感會比較細緻。
倒入鮮奶、橄欖油後輕柔混合。
接下來就是蛋白霜了，蛋白要打到硬性蛋白（就是倒扣也不會滑動的程度），砂糖我已經有比網路上看到的寶寶芝麻蛋糕食譜再減半了，其實吃起來幾乎沒有甜味。
（關於寶寶吃糖這件事情，我是參考黃綜寧醫生的說法：「主要是添加物，較影響身心發展。」砂糖算是原型的食物，吃多主要是熱量過多、發胖的問題，加上考量到蛋白打發需要糖來添加，我就還是有添加些許，提供給你們參考。）
接著把打發完成的蛋白霜倒入蛋黃糊中，攪拌均勻。
倒入蛋糕模具後輕敲模具，把蛋糕多餘的空氣敲出來。
放入氣炸烤箱 150 度，設定 30 分鐘。
（每家烤箱溫度會有些許差異，建議時間 20 分鐘時可以先拿出來查看，另外溫度設定不要太高，會使蛋糕裂開，就歸虧一簣了。）
有芝麻的香氣真的很好吃，而且這個配方口感很柔棉，連阿湯哥都大力稱讚，放廚房隔天還是很柔棉不會硬掉。
湯包拿到時整個霸氣伸手搶過蛋糕，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，自己撕來吃，哎呦，媽媽看了超滿足的。
-有機牛肉藜麥可樂餅（非油炸）-
我本身也是個藜麥愛好者，一開始是因為進行飲食控制，所以注意到這個富含蛋白質的超級食物，後來發現加入米飯一起煮真的很香、很喜歡，所以當湯包開始吃副食品時，我一直都有讓他吃藜麥飯的習慣。
不過藜麥本身需要煮的時間比較久，有時候沒時間等個 40、50 分鐘煮熟，我就會用「有機即食純紅藜麥粉」，就像前面所提及，有的小朋友對麩質過敏，凡舉小朋友喜歡麵粉類做的麵包、甜點，幾乎都無法攝取。
所以，今天的食譜時把「有機即食純紅藜麥粉」取代 炸物外層粿的「麵粉」來使用，讓腸胃敏感的小朋友，還是可以享受炸物的美好。
所需食材：
- 牛絞肉 25 克 （或者肉片切碎）
- 洋蔥 10 克
- 蒸熟馬鈴薯泥 120 克
- 藜麥粉 10 克
*畫面中藜麥粉份量較多，是當初抓分量時以為會用到這麼多，請忽略。
首先把洋蔥切碎先下鍋，待洋蔥稍微出水後，就可以將切成細碎塊狀的絞肉下鍋拌炒。
拌炒到大概這個樣子，就可以起鍋了。
可以依照個人喜好，將牛肉洋蔥包入馬鈴薯泥中，不過因為每種馬鈴薯品種不同，我覺得美國的馬鈴薯蒸後，是比較水的，所以我會下方撒上一層藜麥粉，比較不會沾黏到沾板。
揉捏完圓形的可樂餅，到這裡就算幾乎成功一半了。
為了要更像可樂餅的外型，沾取蛋汁、沾上麵包粉，就可以開始下鍋囉。
（如果對澱粉過敏的朋友，可以略過此步驟。）
加一點初榨橄欖油熱鍋後，表面煎熟變黃，就可以起鍋了。
一上菜湯包立刻伸手抓！但因為還有點燙，所以下一秒他就縮手了XDDDDD
他在研究這是什麼，人生中第一次讓他吃到 類炸物 的點心（笑）。
等到我們吃給他看他才開始吃，感覺很怕我們下毒一樣，真的快被他笑死。
不過最鬧的是，雖然聽說藜麥是高纖食物，很促進消化，但沒想到吃了三口後，湯包開始大起便來了，就被我們緊急撤離去換尿布了XDDDDDDD
但，我想他應該是蠻喜歡的，遇到不喜歡的食物他是會立刻吐出來的孩子，就是這麼喜好分明啊，雖然只吃了三口，但也還算能證明吧。
天啊，一眼瞬間，三個食譜都分享完了，我這個月的食譜靈感也用光了，哈哈哈哈哈。
