不論是台灣的部落客（像是顆顆）、大陸直播爆強的網紅，或者影音正夯的 YouTuber 們，相信大家對於這些一定都不陌生，而這群具有一定程度影響力的人，現在被統稱為「自媒體」，其實顆顆自己成為部落客也已經 2~3 年，其實經營社群一點都不容易，而遠傳的鹿 talk 社現在正針對全國大專院校在校生推出「社群菁英培育計畫」，培養你成為自媒體的一員，大家也都知道社群的力量不容小覻，能夠學習這些相關內容其實也對未來也會有更多的幫助，究竟這個計劃在做些什麼？往下來看看。
在提遠傳鹿 talk 社的「社群菁英培育計畫」之前，顆顆想先來聊一下這幾年做為部落客的心得，以前在公司上班的時候，收入雖然穩穩定定，但總覺得少了些什麼。在經過幾輪的公司轉換、從媒體產業到行銷企劃等工作，但是最後還是選擇成為部落客這一條不歸路。
經營網站或是社群並不像很多人想的那麼容易，
有些人以為只是在網路上「隨便寫些東西 或上傳照片」就能獲得大家的關注，
但經營後才知道，PO 上網的東西可能就只有你在按讚，就有一種很辛酸的感覺。
好不容易媳婦熬成婆，經營到有一定追隨者時，就會開始有酸民出現，又是另一種辛酸的感覺，
隨時隨地都需要正能量，自我鼓勵和打氣（正常人哪需要這麼多自我激勵？），哈哈哈哈哈哈。
但也有很多網友支持你、鼓勵你，看著你成長，這些都是一種社群經營的感動，
然後在這經營的背後，要犧牲的時間、心力，都比起在公司上班要來的多上 N 倍，
有時候我也都會阿湯哥說：「想想以前在公司上班真的輕鬆不少啊～」
關於這當中的酸甜苦辣，如果真的要詳細的全部告訴大家，我想應該可以開一間書店了吧（浮誇）
社群在這幾年下來，像是 Facebook、PTT、Instagram 等，幾乎就如同劇情神展開一樣的變化。
就連幾年前根本沒有人想得到，網路影響力被 網紅和 youtuber 佔有一席之地，只能說網路這個圈子變化真的很快啊。
幾天前第一次參加 youtube 聚會，原以為前輩們會很遙遠，沒想到當我把遇到的困難講出來時，前輩們卻是樂意的分享著他們的歷程，忽然覺得好像鄰居的大哥哥一樣，哈。
這個圈子的大家真的很溫暖，雖然我前面提到非常多心酸，但真誠與一同努力的彼此跟過去在公司需要明爭暗鬥來說，我更喜歡。
不要看我前面講那麼多經營期的辛苦就被嚇到，也有很多人其實很幸運一開始就爆紅，這種通常都是一開始就擁有好的資源的幸運兒，如果你也想要為自己的拼搏一番！

這次的徵選主要是要透過投稿來進行
藉由試著撰稿一次，也能更了解你自己對這樣的內容是否真的有興趣
- 文章(800字以上)/影片/插畫皆可，並於2017/7/30前至鹿talk社同樂會參與「遠傳鹿talk社社群菁英培育計畫」投稿。
不過最重要的一件事，如果你有幸徵選加入這個計畫
