如果說到礁溪瀑布大部份的人都會想到「五峰旗瀑布」，而其實《猴洞坑瀑布》卻是連許多宜蘭在地人都不知道的神秘秘境，而《猴洞坑瀑布》是早期為了農田灌溉而生的圳道，現在則有許多人會趁夏日來瀑布玩水消消暑兼欣賞蘭陽平原….
《猴洞坑瀑布》在頭城交流道一下來左轉後，直行往宜蘭方向「甕窯雞」對面的巷子內轉入直走到底就會看到嚕。

指標非常明顯，山路雖然有許多小石子，但還算蠻好行走的。
走沒多久就抵達了。
而因為是務農所搭造的渠道，所以山下也有許多方便取水的渠道規劃，非常有趣。
因為我們抵達時間約下午 4-5 點，大家都已經在這裡佔好位子了。當然看起來都是當地人居多，許多人都是全家大小一起來玩水還順便烤肉，真的很愜意。至少在這邊烤肉，位於山上清幽之餘，又有清涼的溪水伴隨，整個很舒爽啊！
瀑布一湧而下，而這邊也以大石頭們，將每一區的瀑布一一劃分出來，安全性上也較為安全。
隨著環山步道往上走，最高的一層瀑布視野最還眺望整個蘭陽平原！
這裡就是最佳視野位置啦，可惜這次沒有帶泳衣，不然就下去玩水了，而且溪水非常乾淨呦。
因為當天天氣陰陰的，所以簡單 PS 讓大家看看好天氣時的景色！下次再來玩之時一定要穿泳衣然後上來補照片給大家看♡
和朋友提起他們也覺得這個景點超棒，下次揪朋友一起來玩水，消暑之餘還有美景可以看，真的是人生一大享受！

↓這次去剛好遇上大晴天，一樣顛頗的階梯，雖然爬著有點喘但上頭踏踏冰涼的溪水實在很舒暢。
↓而溪水也不算淺近乎到膝蓋之處，所以大多數的山友都是爬上來後觀賞遠眺蘭陽平原的美景或者踏踏水，不太會在此玩水喔。把腳放進溪水中除了涼快舒爽，竟然還有吃腳皮的小魚跑來咬我的腳，哈哈哈，真是有趣！
