還記得上一次來外交部，是我的護照過期來重新申辦，那時候都現場抽號碼牌等候，但這次來申辦湯包的護照才發現，一切都變得很便利！除了現場流程設計的更分散人流、三樓也多了哺乳室，最重要的是多了「網路申辦預約服務」這點對於帶著嬰兒出動的父母來說，真的是非常貼心入微的服務，申辦護照幾乎是一路暢行無阻，我們花了 15 分鐘就申辦完湯包的護照了，真的是非常方便啊，大讚外交部的進步啊！

嬰兒申辦護照流程與準備事項

  • 申辦所需資料：
    1. 戶口名簿（或戶籍謄本）。
    2. 父 或 母的身分證正本 。
    3. 兩吋大頭照 2 張 / 相關規範：請點我。
    4. 申辦護照資料表（可網路填寫）。
    5. 現金 $900 。

透過網路申辦後，依照事先預約的時間抵達，一切都很簡單省時，走進外交部的「申辦護照準備區」，右後方有一台台的橘色的自動報到機器區域。

就是這個上面有寫「網路預約報到處」的機台，而我們是預約早上 09:00-09:30 這個時段。

（這個時段我們覺得沒太多人潮，阿湯哥去領申辦好護照時是下午，就說人潮變多很多，提供給你們參考。）


完成報到就會領取到號碼牌，這時候就可以搭乘電扶梯，前往 3 樓的「16號櫃檯辦理」。


沒錯，「網路預約收件」有專屬的櫃檯，上方電視也會顯示狀態，看排隊和辦理狀況，其實不會等候很久。

不過我們當時遇到好心的櫃檯人員，雖然還要等候兩個號碼，她看到帶小孩，就先引領我們去旁邊的空櫃檯，幫忙申辦，真的很感謝他們這麼體貼。

除了因為我們的兩吋照是自己拍的，有點點陰影感，所以有簽署同意使用這張照片，然後再幫你送審申辦。

其他都是在「網路預約申辦」時，就已經填寫部分申請書資料，櫃檯人員協助影印你帶來的資料 和 確認簽名，整個過程不超過 5 分鐘，真的非常快速。


接著就去繳費即可，沒什麼困難的，準備錢就好，忘記準備也沒關係，因為旁邊就有提款機可以領錢，哈。


最後，開箱一下 「3樓-申辦護照」的「哺乳室」提供給大家參考。

整體空間非常明亮寬敞，雖然沒有尿布台，但也有小床可以供使用，旁邊沒拍到的還有個冰箱，可以暫時儲存母奶。
