「產後，要花多久才能瘦回孕前體重？」這個答案沒有固定公式！有人孕期當中大吃大喝，產後如同魯夫一樣「咻～」的回到產前狀態；有人花了 2年6個月 將近 900 天的日子，才終於瘦回懷孕前。而我是後者，沒有魯夫體質的普通人，但這產後瘦身一路以來的心路歷程，曬乾成血淚史分享給你們。
上面這是我 2021/9/3 的我，而下面照片則是 2021/5/8 夏日前最後一場露營的我。
這段期間，不只剪了頭髮，還減掉了體重與體脂。
- 2021/4/27 ：體重 57.45 kg、體脂 37.7%、骨骼肌量 18.9kg (採用這天的測量數據，是因為 5/8 前幾日有腸胃炎脫水，體重與體脂數據有失正常，故取此日數據。)
- 2021/9/1：體重 51.7kg、體脂 33.3%、骨骼肌量 18.2kg。
體重 -5.75kg、體脂肪 -4.4% 和 讓我驚豔的是骨骼肌量沒有掉超多 -0.7kg
我想可能是我這段期間都是有保持運動，雖然剛好遇到防疫期間，沒辦法去健身房，也沒辦法上教練課，但至少跟著 YT 的居家運動 和 瑜珈交替，還是有不錯的效果。

飲控細節藏在魔鬼裡，我是怎麼透過 FLC 精準控醣瘦回孕前？
而這段期間，營養師給予我的幫助，真的讓我深深的感謝。
這段歷程是讓我學會練習，如何了解並感受自己身體對醣的耐受度，了解「需要」與「想要」的差異，了解其實外食也是沒問題的，也了解熱量很重要，但血醣與胰島素關係也是不容忽視。
我在飲控當中是採用 FLC 精準控醣 與 進食順序（水肉菜飯果），所以每次進食前都會拍照（份量計算則是用拳頭、手掌來計算，不需要用重量計，對需要外食者相對來說較方便）。
營養師會幫助我計算每餐六大類的份量、每餐熱量 和 營養素，也是透過「紅/綠/燈」方式，讓我們能夠快速判別這餐是否是屬於「快速引起胰島素」的，如果是營養師則會給予調整建議。
像是，很多人說「運動後可以攝取碳水」，但在 FLC 課程中最在乎的就是胰島素波動，所以營養師建議我，可以喝點無糖豆漿後再攝取貝果。
當然，飲控如果不能外食幾乎就沒辦法持久，也不可能所有餐廳都符合飲控者的期待。
像是我這天去的義大利麵餐廳，整間店沒有青菜可以加點，營養師也會跟我說「沒關係，下一餐再補就好。」讓人覺得其實一切都是有彈性的！
當然，在外食的過程中，也不少外食餐廳可以配合我的進食順序，而且 FLC 飲控因為重視的是胰島素波動，所以相較於市面上的飲控方式對於「醬料」其實相對比較寬鬆。
像是照片中，進食順序最後的「豬肋排」是有醬料，但營養師依舊給予綠燈，是沒問題的。
整體來說，我覺得「進食順序」最最最改善的是，以前容易會因為疲憊而「情緒性進食」，以及「胃食道逆流」的狀況！！！
FLC 則是一個相對彈性方式，不會讓你永遠只能在家自己煮，而變成一個孤單的飲控者，了解之後對生活有著更多彈性與調整，你才會成功將飲食控制融入生活，真正的持續下去。
